Flashback - ACCA Student Conference 2012: Highlight #1
The Art of Communication
The first session was a talk given by Nero-Linguistic Programing (NLP), shared about the importance of rapport building in the process of communication through physical and psychological matching and mirroring.
Nowadays, people seems to have strong perception that poor communication is the main cause for leadership failure. However, the speaker rectified this by giving a series of facts, showing the result from communication is actually a FEEDBACK and not a FAILURE.
